After a terrible experience at a different Chrysler dealership, I decided to give Opelika Chrysler a try. I was very impressed. Hunter was the Service Advisor who helped me. He was very well-spoken & didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t need. He processed my discount from the Chrysler mobile app and set me up for a full synthetic oil change. By far the WORST experience I have ever had with a service department. They lied to me multiple days in a row that someone was diagnosing my car only to find out on the fourth day that no one had laid eyes on my car yet… Also, Heather was extremely rude when I went in to try and pick up my car. I drove from Montgomery to purchase a truck after seeing it online at Cars.com. I confirmed it was there and the Cam would be taking care of us. My son and I test drove it and they worked up a sheet based on the numbers that were advertised at full asking price. Their offer for my trade was extremely low. If you get one of those "Giveaway Event Mailers" in the mail, understand that the numbers in the combination box mean NOTHING. You DID NOT win the prize in the combination box. There is a second number they only check at the dealership that determines what you won. (I won a $25 gift card, after driving all the way there.)
